CBS Correspondant Scott Rapoport best described it as “Meals, Served with Love,” – the name he gave our annual Thanksgiving community dinner. We were thrilled that CBS joined us to see Thanksgiving done the Goddard Riverside way, and were honored to share what it means to be a place of hope, friendship and community.
This Thanksgiving, with the help of over 300 volunteers, we served more than 1,200 meals to New Yorkers in need, a tradition we’ve kept for more than 40 years.
