Thank you for attending our Children’s Book Giveaway and our Book Chat with Author Christine McDonnell, winner of the 2022 Goddard Riverside CBC Youth Book Prize for Social Justice.
Goddard Riverside’s Children’s Book Giveaway will take place on May 6, 2023, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Join us for an afternoon of fun and activities while picking up brand-new books! We will have books for children of all ages, baby to young adult, thanks to the generous donations of our publishing partners.
From 3 PM to 4 PM, enjoy a book chat with Author Christine McDonnell, winner of the 2022 Goddard Riverside CBC Youth Book Prize for Social Justice.
A variety of book categories including baby & board books, beginning readers, middle grades, picture books, YA fiction, and nonfiction will be available at the giveaway. There will be a 5-book per-person limit. After 3:30 PM an unlimited amount of books will be allowed to be taken. Books will be available until supplies last.
The giveaway will be located at our Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center, 250 W 65th St, New York, NY 10023. Enter through the 64th Street Courtyard.
