Goddard Gold is a speaker series presented by Goddard Riverside to bring people together and support Goddard programs and services. These invitation-only cocktail receptions and discussions will take place at private clubs in Manhattan. Join leaders in the financial, real estate and insurance sectors to meet and mingle, to hear from innovative groundbreakers, and to solidify civic engagement.

The inaugural event took place on June 4th, 2019 at the Cornell Club in Manhattan and featured Bill Cohan, author of Why Wall Street Matters, a timely, counterintuitive defense of Wall Street and the big banks as the invisible—albeit flawed—engines that power our ideas, and should be made to work better for all of us.

Goddard Gold 2021

Our 2nd Annual Goddard Gold event took place on June 14, 2021 and featured Jonathan F.P. Rose, Founder & CEO of Jonathan Rose Companies and Kathryn Wylde, President & CEO of Partnership for New York City.

COVID-19 greatly impacted the city and laid bare numerous inequities. This virtual event featured a conversation and audience Q&A about what rebuilding will look like and how to ensure the recovery is equitable for all New Yorkers.
