A Welcoming Space for Unhoused People and Asylum-Seekers

Read more about our site coming soon to the UWS, The Monument
Our three transitional housing sites—two in Queens and one soon to open in Manhattan—serve asylum-seekers arriving to NYC, and to people at risk of homelessness.
These residential buildings are a place where residents can feel safe, receive resources and support, and get connected to community. The Hillside and The Restgate sites serve families with children and the Monument serves adult families.
These programs provide:
- Housing
- Case Management Services
- Meals
- Referral & connection for health care, childcare, legal support, workforce development, and more
- Support throughout the asylum application process for those who need it
We work closely with organizations throughout New York City to provide services to our tenants.
