AM New York Rides Along with ACT Team

Our  Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team helps people with severe mental illness achieve stability and live fulfilling lives in the community. The team includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and case managers, who visit clients in their homes. New Stage Takes a Bow at Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center
