Community-based Psychiatric Care and Support for Individuals Underserved by Traditional Treatment Models
Goddard Riverside’s Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) team provides intensive community-based and person-centered mental health treatment and case management services to individuals who have had frequent interactions with mental health, criminal justice, and/or homeless services throughout the five boroughs of New York City. These individuals have had difficulty maintaining services through more traditional treatment methods and often have unmet mental health, medical, housing, legal, and substance use needs. IMT teams go the extra mile to stay connected to individuals regardless of their location in shelter, on the street, in housing, hospital, or anywhere else in the five boroughs.
