Our NORCs (Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities) encompass three neighboring affordable housing cooperatives on Columbus Avenue and several NYCHA buildings in Lincoln Square. They provide support to help older adults thrive at home, including case management, exercise, nutrition, nursing, educational workshops, classes, social activities, trips, and access to social workers.
Phelps House provides 167 units of affordable housing for older adults and people with mobility impairments. It also offers a range of supportive services for longtime tenants who have aged into their 70s, 80s, and 90s.
