A supportive housing residence in West Harlem for older adults and formerly homeless mentally ill adults.
The Corner House building was newly renovated when it opened in 1997, and its 34 studio apartments are fully furnished.
Each tenant is assigned a case manager with whom they meet regularly. A tenants committee plans activities including the annual Holiday Party, The Corner House Café and Planting Day.
Corner House is an active member of the United Edgecombe Block Association and has helped bring about many positive changes in the neighborhood.

- medical and psychiatric care
- substance use counseling
- work-readiness training
- meals program
- 24-hour/7-day front-desk security
- group activities ranging from trips and movies to quilting and gardening
