Food Pantries

Put Food on Your Table!

A food pantry setup with tables filled with canned goods, juice bottles, and bags of beans. People are filling bags with food items.
Volunteers work together outdoors, unpacking and sorting boxes of fresh produce for distribution.
Volunteers distribute bags of fresh produce and other food items to community members outside our Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center. A woman with a shopping cart receives assistance, while other volunteers organize food packages from the tables.

Our food pantries offer fresh produce and basic foods to nourish you and your family. We partner with food banks to tackle hunger in our communities.

What is a Food Parcel?

A food parcel provides a few days’ worth of food for individuals or families, including non-perishable items and other essentials.

Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center (LSNC)

The food pantry at LSNC partners with West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH) ) on the first Thursday of each month from 9 AM to 10 AM, distributing 150 parcels on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please bring a valid, unexpired ID (driver’s license, state ID, IDNYC, EBT card, passport, legal residency card, or birth certificate). This pantry operates on the sidewalk in front of the center.

The food pantry at LSNC also partners with Teens for Food Justice and City Harvest on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, on a first-come, first-served basis.

No ID or specific documentation is required. This pantry is also held on the sidewalk in front of the center. If any food items remain, a box is left in the kitchen for individuals arriving later who may still need assistance, also on a first-come, first-served basis.

Isaacs Center

Please note that the Holiday Pantries will take place on Tuesday, December 24th, and Tuesday, December 31st, replacing the usual Wednesday pantry at the Isaacs Center during those holiday weeks.
