Safe Haven Housing to Transition People from Living on the Streets to Permanent Housing
The Baxter is a 74 bed Safe Haven which provides transitional housing to unsheltered single adults as part of Goddard’s continuum of homeless services and consistent with our philosophy of housing for all New Yorkers.
On-site services include:
- Medical & Behavioral health & wellness
- Entitlement assistance
- Substance use counseling & groups through our Harm Reduction Specialists
- Completion of permanent Housing applications (HRA 2010E)
- Housing voucher assistance
